La aplicaci\u00f3n social y de reservas de tenis y p\u00e1del ha adquirido la sociedad finlandesa Systems Oy, plataforma de gesti\u00f3n de reservas de pistas que permitir\u00e1 a Playtomic controlar casi mil pistas en distintos clubes del territorio, seg\u00fan ha avanzado\u00a0<em>El Confidencial<\/em>. Los t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos de la operaci\u00f3n no han trascendido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tras apenas cinco a\u00f1os de operaciones, Playtomic suma en su cartera m\u00e1s de 4.600 clubes a trav\u00e9s de los cuales gestiona reservas para jugar a tenis y p\u00e1del en m\u00e1s de cuarenta pa\u00edses de todo el mundo. Tras la compra, la\u00a0<em>app\u00a0<\/em>cuenta con m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de usuarios activos en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda madrile\u00f1a hace unos a\u00f1os que puso el foco en el mercado n\u00f3rdico, ya que, seg\u00fan los expertos, a\u00fan est\u00e1 por explotar. Por ello, Playtomic estableci\u00f3 durante la segunda mitad de 2021 oficinas en el norte de Europa, que cuenta actualmente con 16 trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Hace apenas tres meses, la empresa levant\u00f3 56 millones de euros\u00a0en una ronda liderada por GP Bullhound y en la que<strong>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n participaron el cofundador de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, F\u00e9lix Ruiz (cofundador de Tuenti) y las firmas Claret Capital Partners y Optimizer Invest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con el capital recaudado Playtomic decidi\u00f3 destinar el montante econ\u00f3mico a ampliar su plantilla, pasando de 150 trabajadores a 250 trabajadores, as\u00ed como a continuar con el desarrollo de soluciones SaaS para clubes deportivos y un servicio de suscripci\u00f3n\u00a0<em>premium<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha adquirido varias empresas rivales de menor tama\u00f1o en Estados Unidos, Suecia, Reino Unido, B\u00e9lgica, Italia y Portugal. Fundada en 2017 por F\u00e9lix Ruiz, Pedro Claver\u00eda y Pablo Carro, Playtomic comenz\u00f3 sus operaciones como una aplicaci\u00f3n de reserva de pistas de p\u00e1del y posteriormente se extendi\u00f3 a otros deportes de raqueta y a deportes de equipo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Playtomic suma y sigue.
